  • Drafting beneficial contracts for each party
  • Licensing sharing

The workshop will feature topics such as the:

  • Wai 262 and the Nagoya Protocol, plus intellectual property contracts/considerations.
  • Case studies from New Zealand, Australia and Peru.
  • IP group discussion workshop.
