- Scroll down to click "proceed to checkout" button, which will take you to the shopping cart (you will have a 1 in your shopping basket).
- Pay your $75 online immediately by Visa or Mastercard. Direct credit will not be accepted with this offer.
- Confirm your registration in cart by clicking "submit order" button at the bottom.
- You will immediately receive a email confirmation from the system for your booking if you have been successful.
- To access your invoice in your account for payments - log into
your account - under the "Transactions tab". For security reasons these
are not emailed.
A full list of attendees will be forwarded to USA-Canada to complete the registration process and they will confirm with you thereafter.
