Innovation policy and the R&D Tax Incentive

Innovation policy and the R&D Tax Incentive
Webinar via Zoom

In the current environment, the R&D Tax Incentive has never been a more welcome source of cashflow for companies.

The last few years have witnessed significant activity from the R&D program administrators (AusIndustry and the ATO) as well as the Federal Government in relation to Innovation Policy and R&D Tax Incentives, leading to significant shifts in the landscape and uncertainty for taxpayers. On top of the program benefits and how they can be accessed, we will discuss a range of key recent R&D developments and COVID implications, including landmark Federal Court decisions, the Small Business Ombudsman’s review of the R&D Tax Incentive, and proposed legislative changes in order to provide a thorough understanding of the current landscape and opportunities.

This is an interactive session and there will also be the opportunity for Q&A.
